Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales of Kiuey’s Supplier Quality Automation SaaS solution to mid-size and large manufacturing companies. Works as part of a team to achieve sales targets through a variety of prospecting activities and cultivating relationships with key industry players. Designs and delivers live sales presentations to prospective clients, develops relationships with individual businesses and the community, and positions the Kiuey brand as a critical component of the sales strategy. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in their own discipline. Usually determines work priorities and is a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Description
Core Responsabilities
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Kiuey’s cutting-edge products and services
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Kiuey in the marketplace.
- Develop sales territory, including cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations. Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Actively seek ways to promote and position the Kiuey brand within the territory.
- Retain the customer base by delivering on the Kiuey promise, ensuring a superior customer experience. Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention.
- Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation with excellent follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Attend out-of-office meetings with customers regularly, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills in presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
- Demonstrate knowledge of quality automation technologies and industry best practices.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ of experience in selling software within the manufacturing industry and responding to supply chain or quality needs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales pipeline, track activities, and generate reports.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English.
